Peaceful and beautiful by the Kyauk Phaya River. The food is very good and the staff is friendly.

Had dinner last night with gf. Live performance from solo singer. The guy sang a few English numbers to entertain us. Food was generally good. Bill came up to about 690B. What was good service, was that we had problems booking Grab to our accommodation. They made a call to arrange a tuktuk for us instead. The service staff even waited along the main road to ensure we got on, and will be brought to the right place.

Amazing place to enjoy incredible Thai food. Fair prices, very tasty dishes, and excellent service. A!The view of the river with the passing boats and comfortable atmosphere make this place excellent for a romantic dinner or an enjoyable outing with friends and family.I will definitely stop here again when I have the opportunity.Thank you Management and Staff of Thanam View Restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great Thai restaurant by the river with a view of temples,and boats passing by. Very good service and delicious food. Wide selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Helpful staff when selecting food. A genuine Thai restaurant with a welcoming staff.

Outstanding atmosphere - you can sit on the riverside and have a great view of Wat Chaiwatthanaram. They even had a live band playing on a Sunday evening. Food is excellent as well.

Great restaurant on the River.Good selection of food e.g soups, fish, curries and drinks.I don't take photos of food but had seafood rice and sweet n sour seabass, which was lovely.I believe they have lived music most nights.Great atmosphere

Tried 4 menusThey are all amazing. Spaghetti roasted chilli with bacon, tasty but not so spicy. If you like crispy bacon, need to let the chef know as it came in soft version. Pad Thai ... great ... tasty sauce, fresh shrimp ... must try. Rice noodle fries with Cha Om and shrimp ... another must try ... Cha Om just about right, not too strong. Fries rice with fermented pork ... good test and smell ... not a dry version but tasty both pork and riceThey got table with great view of riverside here ... try once... you will love itSaw another table nearby, their children also enjoy the meal

Fantastic location near the riverside. Excellent food and affordable. Efficient service and clean. Live music by Thai duo which was very soothing and relaxing. Truly recommended!!
